A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot exhibiting aromas of dark berries, baking chocolate, violets and plums, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and lively, with a deep core of fruit that's framed by fine, powdery tannins.
This is how we could define this wine: the expression of a brotherly, sometimes contradictory, duality, and an atypical use of barrels combined to a too long forgotten amphora aging technique.
This wine has been the signature of the Todeschini Brothers, Karl and Yann, since 2008.
