A deep ruby red wine, suggesting power and substance, the nose presents peppery aromas with a hint of vanilla, accompanied by notes of blackcurrants and raspberries. Well-structured, soft and silky on the palate, with notes of strawberries jam and ripe black cherries.
From a 40 hectares vineyard in the Agriates desert of Corsica. Yield : 25hl/ha.
Full destemming. Soft crushing. Indigenous yeasts.
Long vatting period: 5 weeks.
Aging process of 18 months in 500L oak barrels with regular stirring of the lees.
