Cold Maceration: 5ºC/72 h. Fermentation Start at 18-20ºC, finish at 25-26ºC/15-18 days. Aged partially in French oak barrels.
Deep red colour, purple rim.
The plush aromas are offering ripe strawberries, black cherries, blueberries, toasted oak notes, and dark chocolate.
The full-bodied taste follows the aromas, cherry, wild berry and black pepper aromas in particular emerge. Round tannins and fruit acids support the wine structure for a balanced, lively finish, with multiple layers that unravel and excite our tastebuds.
