70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, from Bouzy Grand Cru. Minimum ageing of 4 years. Dosage between 9-10 gram / litre.
Fine bubbles. Straw yellow with golden reflections. This Champagne offers up aromas of apple, red berry fruit and dried white flowers. On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad-shouldered and fleshy, with dried fruits, honey and tangy acids, a delicate mousse and a nutty, subtly oxidative profile, concluding with a saline, vinous finish. Pleasantly persistent.
